Travel policy.
Reservations, luggage, pickups, changes, cancellations and responsibilities explained before boarding.
Reservations and confirmation
- Reservations are handled from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM every day.
- The published website requests at least 72 hours of notice and makes confirmation subject to availability.
- Passengers leaving Tampa receive a confirmation call the evening before. Passengers leaving Miami receive a call after 10:00 AM on the day of travel.
- If the passenger does not answer the driver’s call, the company may consider the trip canceled.
Luggage
- The fare includes two bags up to 70 pounds each and one briefcase or purse.
- Each additional piece after the two included bags has a published $10 fee.
- The driver delivers luggage at the destination. The passenger must identify and check belongings before leaving.
Pickup and destination
- Service includes door-to-door pickup, hotels and theme parks within the origin and destination city.
- The passenger must wait at the agreed point and board within 10 minutes of the vehicle’s arrival.
- A destination change requires company approval and may carry an additional fee.
- Missing the vehicle does not produce a refund under the published policy.
Changes and cancellations
- A cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice receives a published 50% refund.
- Changing the date with less than 48 hours’ notice carries a published 20% additional charge.
- Changing the departure more than 72 hours ahead requires payment of any fare difference.
Payment, conduct and pets
- The website publishes payment by cash, prepaid ticket or confirmation number.
- Damage to the vehicle may be charged to the person responsible.
- Small pets are accepted with documents, a carrier and a companion. The published fare is $35 per pet.
